About
Court & Banner

Shepherding programs from the ground up.

Court & Banner helps sport-serving organizations build reliable operations, healthier cultures and lasting community belonging. We connect the experience on the court with the people and systems that sustain it.

Courts represent foundations and infrastructure. Banners represent legacy, shared culture and what a community carries forward.

Building the infrastructure, framework, and culture that fosters lasting legacy; from the court to the banners.

Our values.
Our philosophy.

Sport can develop the whole person: confidence, judgment, relationships and a capacity to serve others.

We believe those possibilities depend on the everyday experience of belonging, supported by real care and reliable systems.

Stewardship & integrity

Care for shared resources, keep commitments and leave the court better than we found it.

Respect, compassion & humility

Listen carefully, preserve dignity, recognize strengths and share credit.

Belonging & service

Create meaningful participation and leave useful work for the next generation.

Sporting insight.
Practical expertise.

Our practice connects program experience with organizational design: participant pathways, coach and volunteer support, operating roles, useful resources and implementation planning.

Basketball is our deepest area of lived experience. We bring that perspective to work across team sport, with relevant specialist expertise where needed.

What makes our approach different

Culture and operations belong together. Values become credible through everyday decisions, support and participant experiences.

The work fits the community. We listen first, build on existing strengths and adapt useful practices to local people and resources.

Capability stays with your team. Clear priorities, named responsibilities and usable tools help local leaders sustain progress. Clients retain ownership of their programs and day-to-day operations.
